Employee Text Reminder Terms & Conditions

Innovative Pest Solutions

Innovative Pest Solutions offers optional automated text reminders to employees who enroll in the IPS Operations vehicle-inspection reminder program. Messages remind employees to complete their weekly vehicle inspection and four required photos, and may include a link to IPS Operations.

Message frequency: Up to one reminder per week, plus messages confirming enrollment, cancellation, or responding to help requests.

Message and data rates may apply.

Enrollment: Employees must agree to receive these text reminders before being enrolled. Participation in text reminders is optional. Choosing not to receive texts does not change an employee’s inspection responsibilities. IPS Operations and email reminders remain available.

Stop messages: Reply STOP to cancel text reminders. You will receive a confirmation, and no further reminders will be sent unless you enroll again.

Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is not intended for emergency communications.

Phone number changes: Notify Innovative Pest Solutions if your enrolled number changes or is reassigned.

Privacy: Please review our Privacy Policy. This program sends employee inspection reminders and does not enroll you in marketing messages.

Employee Text Reminder Program

Innovative Pest Solutions collects enrolled employees’ names, mobile numbers, consent records, and messaging records to provide and manage IPS Operations vehicle-inspection text reminders.

We use this information to send reminders, respond to help requests, honor opt-out requests, and troubleshoot message delivery. We may share the information necessary to operate the program with messaging providers acting on our behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
